I am in favour of this. Can we add a test? Is there a locally runnable version of this, the same way I can run a local S3 or SMB?

Also, is there a native golang client for OSS? There is a version of mysql-backup that is go-native which is just about ready to replace this version. I would not hold up for that, but I would put them in at the same time.

Hello, I've noticed that OSS is compatible with the S3 API, so there's no need for additional dependencies. This means we can use the awscli to interact with OSS. I'll go ahead and close this PR first, and then I'll create a new one.
